England's longest and newest zip line @ Hangloose Adventure Bluewater, Kent

To all the thrill seekers out there...
Have you caught wind of the good news? England's longest and newest zip line facility has recently opened at Hangloose Adventure in Bluewater, Kent.
Hangloose Adventure, well known for their Eden Project site in Cornwall, now boast of a 724 metre long zip wire, which reaches speeds of up to 60mph, at a height of 40 metres.
Hangloose have an array of cameras along the zip line route. Their media package helped me capture all the exciting moments of my experience. I also filmed some of the action with my DJI Osmo Action camera. DJI Osmo Action cameras are competing rivals with Go Pro action cameras. DJI cameras seem to offer better stabilization for fast paced filming. If you think otherwise, please watch my vlog and share your thoughts in the comments section.

So glad you said reality's sinking cause I felt dizzy just looking at the video. I'll gladly stick to leaving vicariously through you cause I could never. My fear of heights said nah stick to lower ground activities like the view of scenery at the end of the video. I'll be sharing the location with folks who live for those kind of activities. Did you bring your own helment cam or did they provide it for you? Also, do they also provide goggles?

At the time I went for my zip line it was in the first week of the zip line being launched. They weren't providing helmet cams then. Helmets were provided. They now provide helmet cams. Goggles however are still not provided.

Sorry for the late response. It's actually less than a minute. The harnessing and preps are what take longer.

Why is it every zip line video claims to be the longest/ fastest? I have just been on this and it's not THAT long .

There are longer zip-lines in England, but they are connected. Go Ape has a longer zip-line course, but has several zip-lines connected. The Hangloose Bluewater zip-line, is the longest singular zip-line in England, but the longest one in the UK is at the Penrhyn Quarry in Wales. Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts.

Thanks for that. I'm not sure what you mean by connected but in my humble opinion a zip line length would be from where you get on to where you get off ☺️ The hangloose one at Eden also claims to be the longest in England.

@@Minbari209 lol. That's how one article I grazed through explained it. You do have a point though. A lot of zipline sites do state that they have the longest🤣. I am still confused as to which site has the longest zipline in the world, as a lot of countries claim that position😅.
