I've tasted over 250 sparkling wines in England - Many are great, even better than basic Champagne. Well on their way to be a global force in the world of fizz.

They can build cellars for beer why not cellars for wine

@@OscarOSullivan a cellar for wine (or cheese) is somehow very complicated especially for sparkling wine. Check the importance of cellar in the process of making Champagne (maturation).

The cellar has already been built and has been in operation for some time.

eh...English wine was available and made during the signing of the magna carter and beyond... there's more EKG in Belgie than England.
