Coming in late, and I rarely comment as it feels like shouting into the void---but the section on 'Thank the things that happened to you.' Something culminated for a long time and blew up in my face at work, making my last week hell, and it'll stay that way until it's resolved. This has helped me get a more positive perspective on it. Nothing to be done now, but at least I have the experience under my belt, and can do better in the future. Been wallowing for a while only thinking about what I did wrong, even outside of work. I appreciate your guided positivity. Thank you.
