It's true Luo's are good English speakers. A number of them are political analysts and I enjoy watching their videos. The most well spoken of them all and the most handsome is fun to watch. His problem however is he has not yet mastered the correct use of two sets of words namely have/has and do/does. And because these are some of the most commonly used words in English he scores low in English.

Only uneducated native speakers are likely to speak broken English. The political analyst I had in mind is Kevin Oduor. Watch his KZfaq channel to understand my concern. He's definitely well educated. But how he failed to pick up the correct use of the words have/has or do/does in high school I fail understand. Otherwise he speaks well.
