You're so right, Cindy. All of the varieties of how they cooked the trout were great. We wondered the same thing about the yellow trout. They told us that if we caught a yellow trout, we'd have to throw it back in the water and try again. We're curious to know if they would have a slightly different taste as well. We're not sure if rainbow trout were in the water. They did have some carp on the other end of the pond. That's really neat that the Game Commission stocks trout for y'all. In our area of Tennessee, it's too hot for trout to survive. In English Mountain, the water is always cold since it's coming from the underground cave systems. You will have a blast here, Missy. It was so much fun and the food was excellent. The owner was also super nice. The skin was still on the fish, but we chose to not eat the skin. The trout was so flaky that it separated from the skin with ease. You can't go wrong with the fried here but we personally enjoyed the blackened a little bit more. The fish were much larger than we expected. Trout is a rare thing to catch around our area of Tennessee but they can survive with the cooler water coming in from the English Mountain cave systems in East TN. The boys did finish off most of their sides and ate a good majority of their trout too. We hope that you're having a great weekend, P J L

@@EveryDayIsSaturdayTV not sure if i told you, but my cousin works the pigeon forge dept of tourism and i have been thinking about going there and seeing her after sooooo many years.. not seen her since about the 1970’s.. my hubby and i were there , some years ago, to visit his aunt, and we didnt really visit the tourist side. so, it may be time to go back and check it out and see my cousin Terrie again. love your videos.
