We have 8 or so games to the end of the EPL 2023/2024 and a great season so far. 3 title contenders: Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool going head to head. We have had individual brilliance for players so far and they have stood out for the 30 of so games already played.
This video captures the best players in every position of the pitch so far(subject to change depending on who wins the league). But we think that these are the best players in every position of the pitch so far.
Some good performers might have been left out but it is for the obvious reason that by the end of the day, we will only have one player in every position!

I've no problems with the front three, and the double pivot of Rice and Hernández makes sense. I'm not sure about the fullbacks, but I'll defer to your knowledge here. I will object to choosing William Saliba over Gabriel Magalhães at LCB. You can choose either Van Dijk or Saliba for RCB, but not both, and then play one out of position. And Gabriel has been superior to Saliba _this_ season.

Great insight here. Gabriel Magalhaes has been brilliant this season. But we think Saliba is the general force. Either way, you have a point. It can go either way depending on preferences. However, in terms of chipping in with the goals Gabriel is clear. And I see what you did with Hernandez there. Very clever. Please let us know where you are watching us from. Saliba is very calm generally, has great recovery speed, and his tactical reading of the game is superb. He does struggle with long balls high in the air, something that was exposed against Porto, and he can be pressed into mistakes. Gabriel is much more assured on the ball, is more press resistant, and has a superior arial game. I’m an Arsenal supporter and watch these two regularly. This is not a matter of preference, but form. There’s a reason why Dayot Upamecano starts over Saliba in France, and if he were Brazilian and played the same position, wouldn’t start over Gabriel.
