I'm from Brazil. For me, meditation is essential because I've kept focused on my goals and tasks. I feel very well every day and delighted. Here in the West, the civilization did haven't habit of meditation. But lately, these customs have changed some people in the West. And this is very important to the new generations. Thanks BBC!!!!

Such an interesting topic. Self help is everywhere in fact. I am agree with that. Self help is what we need the most. We always want to be better and self improvement happens. I haven't read a lot of books about self help but I think it would be great for us to read in some point. But otherwise I think those books doesn't help people at all. I always look at what authors could achieve in their lives and why they wrote that book. I think that question is important to ask myself before to start reading in the beginning of the process.
