I’ll show you which cut of meat is best and how to use your spices. You are also about to find out how long and at what temperature you should be roasting your meat. In my opinion, best company to this roast are delicious crashed potatoes with thyme and rosemary served with garlic mayonnaise and / or rucola salad.

🛒 Shopping list:
🥩 ROAST BEEF 🥩
- dry aged sirloin beef meat (1kg as minimum)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- thyme
- french mustard (dijon)
🌡 oven temperature - 110 degrees
🌡 temperature should read 53 degrees as close as possible to the centre of the meat
⏲ baking time - approx. 90 minutes
BAKED POTATOES WITH HERBS
- parboiling potatoes
- salt and pepper
- thyme and rosemary
- olive oil
🌡 oven temperature - 200 degrees
⏲ baking time - 20 minutes convetional baking + 10 minutes grill / fan
GARLIC MAYONNAISE
- mayonnaise
- garlic
- coarse crystal salt
- olive oil
