The first time I saw this movie, the Kataware-Doki scene almost made me scream in the theater. It's a very strong sequence, and I wanted to replicate that a bit.

I didn’t cry to this movie. but it changed the way I think permanently. As much as you try and stop love, it finds a way. They both broke and altered what happened in time and made there impossible reality somehow possible. I literally feel so thankful of my significant other right now. ❤

I saved the movie to watch with the girl who I actually felt like I actually *wanted* to marry and now, nearly 8 years after release, I've finally found her. And even though the song was already a goddamn masterpiece, hearing it translated in English and getting to really understand the lyrics means so much more. @@horacthy8577 yeah it sounded forced cause the writer wants the translation to be exact in Japanese. And every piece of words is precious that I think he can't afford to change it into different meaning. But yeah you are right this is on point on the tone. 😊 Though I still love the original piece. Cause this cover changed some words in order to fit into the melody. The original thought is deeper and on point translation. You can't mock the original cause without it this cover cannot be enhanced. The soul of the original cannot be replaced just because it is forced. And no masterpiece is perfect since the writer is the very first person to create it. Of course it still have a lot of room to improve through time by different people... Well just saying my point of view. 😅

I really loved the movie, and the soundtrack. Hearing this song is absolutely beautiful and hit me hard, the amount of work you put into this and the talent and effort behind your voice makes this so much more amazing. This song is one of the few songs I can enjoy singing and get emotional to, and the movie and soundtrack became my favorite and took me on an emotional ride as I watched it. She lives in the past, he lives in the future by a couple years or so. their notes are left at the current time period each of their bodies is in

It's almost one year ago for me I watched that movie in lockdown😮 Search for your name songs and I found that channel...😄 From that moment until now sparkle is one my favourite song..😅 I used to listen it alone while writing my diary, sketching...😛 In future when I'll go for solo trip I'll definitely listen to that song🤗 So many memories connected with Sparkle😞 That Guitar 🎸 chords melting my heart 1:48 2:34 And on 3:44 5:10 I suddenly get intense flashback😊 That happen today again and I thought to write my comment Literally goosebumps and lyrics are on another level man😢

This is the first English version of Sparkle I have heard and when I knew the original singer really released an English version, I listened to it and I can say, this is way better than the original. I love your voice, it was soothing and the acting in first few seconds was good too. I just hope this is available in Spotify :
