I totally agree with her when she talked about the 3 E's, and imposing hefty fines for repeat offenses would deter such behavior. Additionally, if any minor drives a vehicle recklessly, their parents should be held accountable through arrest. Mere requests won't lead to improvement; strict police enforcement is necessary. ❤

Yes this mam says very well but one another problem in our country if police caught any man they have no licence or tripled driving. When police do their chalan he call his uncle his uncle is minister or mla or chairman . And they say take this phone call and talk. After tha he is releaseds by police .😮😮
