I never tire of listening to J. K. R. 's speech over and over again. It unfolds like a beautiful song. Still, it does not need music. The writer's so sweet voice is the music. And what a command of the English language! I listened to many speeches by different personalities from different walks of life, but none, sincerely none can compete with is in beauty and nobleness.

The Harvard speech by the highly acclaimed author J.K.Rowling has given a very good thought to us which is useful when we fail.There should not be hatred for the failures standing in our way to eat ourselves.Because the failures give us mental strength to fight with them & to try to defeat them.That strength is the *"Doctorate"* in the Philosophy of our lives.Failures are like *"vaccines"* according to myself.Those who never fail cannot survive in difficult situations.Another point, we must not treat humans meeting us as robotic machines.We must feel sympathised if they fail or face tragic events.*"A kind heart for broken hearts "*,, is according to myself the universe's essentiality.Thank you, Madam.You're an inspiration for all Indian & the world authors, screenwriters etc.etc.(written by:- Manoj Gajanan Rao Pande, advocate, nagpur, our universe.).
