The more often you face the same words, phrases and idioms, the more likely you are to remember them. This is how the human brain works. There is a 100% chance that the one who does not take any action at all will not achieve success. You are on the right track! Any language is endless. It depends on your desire how well you want to master it.

Thanks for sharing. I've learned a lot from the video Can I ask two phrases from it The old lady said"I can see that you're going down "what does go down mean here?It literally means going down .Because The young woman use "be in the end of her rope" . "go down" "get dragged down" and "in the end of her rope" normally can be placed the same context .

It's our pleasure! A little context: a young woman’s husband was injured and is forced to stay at home in bed, she has five children, and she is single-handedly trying to start a business from almost scratch. Her mother (the old lady), who was babysitting her children, comes to her work and returns her children (five children), so... to go down - here it can mean going bankrupt, going into debt, sinking into depression, completely losing interest in life, etc. There is a song: Kaleo - Way Down We Go (the song captures the mood of this verb well, in a slightly different context, but still pretty close) *This is an episode of Desperate Housewives (crazy series about strange people) Friends and The Big Bang Theory are much kinder and optimistic.
