This is by far the most natural speaking test i have come across on youtube. Doesnt seem planned or memorised.

2 weeks ago, I stumbled on your channel. I watched this video a day before my Speaking test. 2 days to my listening,writing and reading test, I watched all your major videos on them and also signed up to your website to take some practice tests. I had barely 3 days to prepare for my IELTS. I had an overall score of a band 8. Thank you!!

Amazing video, love the flow that she's talking. But I do have something to ask, isn't speaking part 3 supposed to be answered generally and is recommended to avoid personal experiences (as in saying I or telling a story around the speaker)?

I dont think so. Recalling ur past is a good way to get marks in grammar and coherence

That's a very good point. It's important to talk about your opinions instead of your experiences. Apart from the first part 3 question, I think Shruti gets the balance right.

I thought that the "ice breaking" questions were just three or four in real exams. This seems like rather an interrogation 😅

Haha, that's true. In the IELTS test, you get 3 frames (topics) and each frame contains 3-4 questions. However, because this was a video lesson, I thought it would be better to record lots of different frames for students to see.
