Shopping at the Mall Hi, I’m Laura. My family and I went shopping at a mall yesterday. It was the biggest mall in my city. At the mall, there were a ton of different restaurants, and they also had a food court with many delicious options. We knew exactly what we wanted to buy and which stores we wanted to visit. We looked at a directory, which had a huge map of all the stores inside the mall. There were many different sections offering a variety of things you could buy. This mall had two levels: the upper level and the lower level. We used an escalator to go up to the upper level. At the mall, there were two different types of places where you could shop. The first type was a store, and the other was a kiosk, which sold items like phone cases and chargers. The kiosks were much smaller compared to the stores. We walked past many clothing stores, and I saw some nice clothes on mannequins; the clothes were trendy and absolutely beautiful. I entered one of the stores. I tried on some clothes, and they looked perfect on me, so I bought one of them. My husband wanted to buy shoes for work. He tried on a few pairs and found the right one. They were comfortable and fit perfectly. He was very happy with the shoes and the price because they were on sale. Then we walked to a department store. This store sold items like clothes, perfume, beauty products, home accessories, and jewelry. Since my sister’s birthday is next week, I bought perfume for her as a birthday present. Finally, at a toy store, my son got a set of LEGO, and my daughter got a Barbie doll. Both of them were excited to have their new toys. After we got the things we wanted, we were ready to head back home, feeling happy. We took the elevator down to the lower level, enjoying our time together and our new things.
