These days, If we say those words while introducing ourselves, it sounds weird and appears as if we are demanding the respect from others and it appears as if we are too much entitled.

I would like to give feedback on the topic of your behavior You can say that i used to be hanging in round the clock during my college days...now work from home made me being lazy...! As i don't have a daily routine to improve healthy lifestyle and social well being Im always come forward to help others as im kind hearted person, i put everyone at first place and give importance to others, focus more on their needs and wants whilst they need support Actually These people who doesn't have any gratitude and thankfulness anymore for me... furthermore i have been ignored when i need small help or support from them Hence i would like to change my attitude as i want to give some importance to me aswell and keep prioritizing my own business at first place then others and i would keep helping others too after me
