Do “only” and “just” mean the same thing? Well, sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t. Watch this video to find out when we use each word. I will teach you several ways to use these words in different contexts. I’ll also give you lots of examples, so that you understand when the words are used as adjectives and when they are adverbs. We will practice together first and then you’ll get a quiz to do on your own: www.engvid.com/only-just-what...
NEXT, watch these two important lessons I did:
1. MAKE or DO?: • Learn English: MAKE or...
2. Sort of, kind of, style of, type of: • Learn English Vocabula...

Why I’m learning English and watch James’s videos everyday? Because I just wanted improve myself to achieve all my goals in life and business. I have only one life and I want to live the best I can. Be successful or fail? I have only one way to follow and I chose to success. But why I study with the James’s videos from EngVid? Because that is just what I need. Sorry I’ve got to go, I had just missed the quiz. See you!

@@Edson-Barbosa If you have problems with listening skills or you don't even understand what you hear, so let me help you how to improve your ears to catch every single word especially when you watch movies. there's no magic to get this ability or skill in one day! but there's a particular way to improve it as much as possible. in fact you need to exercise your ears and also pay attention carefully. It may takes a long time to understand what's going on through movies or even in difficult conversations but If you practice over and over again, I promise you that you will see the results so soon. you're going to have better listening skills that you've never expected before. so I suggest you to check out our You tube channel "GoodWave" If would like to see the improvement quickly. each video contains some parts that took from movies and also has subtitles to help you understand well.

I just love your way of teaching, thanks James! Trying to use in a paragraph: When she came along, walking down that sunset light I thought to myself "this moment is just what I needed to keep on struggling". That scene fed my soul. I couldn't imagine another place to be in my life time but there, it was the only possible time-space for me to be. Such instants like this one, when we feel just conected to life is what bind us to our humanity within.
