Before comeback, they practiced dancing 10 hours/day. Very tiring, of course. But giving best result. Sunoo said, there is always hot balm in dorm. They use it everyday after dance practice.

But seriously, if you like the dance practices, be sure to watch the their dance practice covers of Very Good, Boy in Luv, and Love Me Right. I already mentioned it in a previous comment, but Heeseung is on fire in them. Gotta watch them. Enhypen slays the covers.
