Enjoying alone time| What I ate in a week| Avo-egg brioche |Jambon beurre|Grilled cheese sandwich
Hello! This time, I've prepared what I usually eat for lunch when I'm alone.
1.Avocado Egg Brioche
1 brioche bun
1/2 avocado
Chipotle sauce
Scrambled eggs (2 eggs)
1 lettuce leaf
1 slice of ham
2. Jambon Beurre
1/2 baguette
15g butter
1 slice of ham
2 slices of Brie cheese (or Gruyere)
Mustard
Black pepper
3. Grilled Mushroom Cheese Panini
2 panini bread (sourdough or ciabatta; sourdough preferred as ciabatta has a thicker crust)
3 cremini mushrooms
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Butter
Olive oil
Shredded cheese
4.Tuna Mayo Cheese Ciabatta
Ciabatta bread (or sandwich bread)
1 can of tuna
Mayonnaise to taste
20g dried cranberries
A handful of sliced almonds
Black pepper
2 slices of Cheddar cheese
2 lettuce leaves
