Real Karate is for self defense and this is competition Karate, doesn't work in real life.

She has great expression! When you’re generating that kind of force, especially as a smaller framed individual, it’s very important to condition your limbs to be able to handle that force when you strike something. Otherwise it’s kind of like having stock tranny and a 1000hp engine.
