Eddie Sahakian has pulled a beautiful selection of rare regional edition cigars from the United Kingdom plus two even more rare cigars: a 1992 Davidoff No.1 and a 1996 Punch Double Corona.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Edward and Eddie at their shop during my recent visit to London. They were exactly as I expected them to be; true gentlemen. It was also a great experience to explore their humidor and make a few selections.

Why do you say that, they sell the same cigars at the same price as everyone else, just with better customer service than most. Not everyone who is successful is a cheater. For the Cuban stuff they don't even set the prices, those are the same in every single cigar shop in England

That comment bothered me because as a guy of average means I was very touched by how well I was treated when I visited Davidoff in London to buy only two cigars. These guys work hard and are blessed with success, I hate to see people resent the successful for no reason

I neither smoke nor drink, but I always make sure to view these videos, especially with the Sahakians. Eddie has such an incredibly welcoming and warm demeanor, and he shows that he truly does appreciate Kirby. A conversation between gentlemen is always marvelous to watch. Not to mention the wonderful production quality.

It’s a great thing to experience every once in awhile! I have a drink once a month and a cigar once a week. I would never suggest anyone do it all the time because it won’t feel as special then.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Edward and Eddie two weeks back. They are long time friends of my fiancés family. Edward so kindly allowed me to enjoy the 2015 Bolivar. What a treat. We later proceeded to spend some time in the sahakian lounge. Thank you for reigniting my passion for cigars.

Funny you say that. I'm a huge whiskey/bourbon guy and cigar guy. My whiskey collection is much larger than my cigar collection (around 200+/- bottles) but this made me stop and buy a bottle of Foursquare. Literally mid-video. I was watching while driving and knew a local store had Foursquare varieties. I got the 2008 just to try.

I was eating while watching this episode and I nearly spat out my food - not out of disgust mind you, but of how invasively arousing Eddie sounded when he whispers @24:18 and @24:29. I literally moaned out “My God…” and my girlfriend sitting across from me was like tf you watching?? I shared the clip to justify my reaction, only to look over and see her with her jaw dropped, food half chewed to a halt still in her mouth, and moaning “My God…”. EDDIE YOU DADDY STOP IT

So happy to see Kirby and Eddie enjoying as true friends I’m always waiting for the next time Kirby uploads another Sahakian video as I go through all the previous ones over and over again no one else can match there charisma and passion for things they love. Some time ago Kirby and Eddie mention about doing a video about the pipes and the history of them and how to use I would love to see that one day as Edward first was smoking pipes I think before moving on to cigars great job Kirby

Am in London and took a quick walk down to St. James’s when we arrived. Mr. Edward Sahakian was standing at the door - impeccably dressed - and I froze. Wanted to introduce myself and thank he and Eddie for the time spent with Kirby, but couldn’t bring myself to it. Just didn’t seen proper to walk up to the gentleman and stick out my hand!

I was admiring Kirby's ash throughout the cigar and all of a sudden...it disappeared 38:33 which considering there isn't footage of him disposing of it lightly in the ash tray, can only lead to one summation.....it fell unceremoniously on his suit and his editing team saved his blushes!! 😆 We have all been there....#occupationalhazard

Very interesting listening to this conversation smoking a “new world” rocky Patel, just arriving from France where I was able to find a reasonable box of short Churchill and Montecristo no 2. Definitely going to age these, as they clearly needs to be aged longer. This is my experience with almost all my Cuban purchases the last year. Looking back to early 2022, this wasn’t necessary at all from my perspective. I look back only 2 years, when I was enjoying Cubans on a weekly basis, being able to pick them up basically everywhere for a good price. Now, with a restricted supply and what I understand as a rushed supply, combined with the rapidly evolving pricing, Cubans are ever more for the especially interested. I won’t stop buying Cubans, but because of these factors, as a firm fanatic of Cuban cigar brands like Montecristo, partagas and Romeo y Julieta, the ratio of exploring and procuring new world is for my case increasing.

Eddie always makes me think of a younger, Armenian Mr Ollivander in the way that he effortlessly recalls different lengths and fillers of different cigars in his keep, much like the old wandmaker recalling the lengths and magical cores of his wands!

This might be a dumb question but: Kirby when you was re-lighting your cigar, you was only burning just outer layer of the rim, is there a specific reason why?

The wrapper and binder is what controls the burn. When righting, I relight from the edge of the cigar.
