List of ingredients for 1 enoki omelette
200 g enoki mushrooms
3 large eggs - or 5 small eggs
2 spring onions
Season with a little salt and black pepper to your taste
and some vegetable oil for frying
The bottom part of the enoki mushrooms should be cut off generously.
