You need to come to Leuven, the town has a history going back to 800AD.. I'm in Werchter, between Leuven and Mechelen, I can show you some interesting places, including anti tank ditches..

I just love that you are bothered about the wildlife. The duck here, the little cray fish & mussels, popping the fish, crabs and eels back in their home. It’s heartwarming. ❤

@@BalboaBagginsAnyone can see that being dressed in t shirts, in Europe, the video was done in the Summer time. However, that has nothing to do with the 1 million subscribers as they could have all come about in the last few months of people finding Bondi and so subscribing.

Congrats on the baby & 1 million! Just wondering have you & Nicky ever done a live Q&A? I think that would be cool. I always wondered if anyone (in Amsterdam especially) ever gets upset at all the mud and stink being pulled up out the canal. Every body seems so cool with it

Went in hospital for fix a hernia. When they opened him up he actually had 5 of them! They fixed all 5. Be safe and at least wear one of those hernia belts.

Bruge is another midevil city with a river that look similar to what you normally search. All of Belgium is a masterpiece of architecture. Another great vid, can't wait for the next. Cheers

Congrats on reaching a million followers. Im not surprised as you make each video so interesting, not just with the magnet fishing but the history of all your visits. Belguim is an absolutely beautiful country but its also great to see outside the tourist areas. Hope parenthood is going well with both Nicki & yourself. Its a fantastic time of year to welcome a baby just as were coming into the warmer weather. Johnny will be able to join you both with your adventures. Leigh, do you bother to keep stat's on what you find? It would be interesting to see a tally at the end of each year and see how many bikes, safes, signs, coins etc you find.

That skinny bendy thing at the beginning may have been a telescoping tool with a wee magnet on the end to retrieve screws and small tools dropped into the engine when working on a vehicle, etc.

That thing that was hinged/bendable was small magnet on a handle that extended to reach like down a grate in the street or behind the couch, etc... The handle expands and collapses into itself.
