Seems a lot of the speed cameras are getting 'a little old' and need to be replaced... Average speed cameras are most likely to be put in, if the old ones are replaced. (Otherwise, it'll be the camera vans)

Hi Scott, Devon Truck Show are offering to those people who couldn't get in this year either a ticket to the Cornwall truck show or next year's event, however if they don't get a more suitable site where extreme rain in the week prior to the show they will lose a lot of very good fleets. If you cast your mind back to their site around the Smeatharpe stadium 2 years ago it didn't get cut up by wheels when the weather came in wet on the Sunday. I saw the fb posts and lots saying it wasn't a big enough site up there and no water, there is water at the stadium , and a huge airfield next to it, they were better off up there for keeping the main road clear too, Westpoint at Exeter would be an alternative option but may have to change the date to fit with the County show. Anyway good luck with your next driving job, onwards and upwards

Well at the end I don't believe it either. But speaking of notice we had 9 days notice of closure after more than 30 years as owner driver. Now truck is for sale and I'm doing holiday relief with a local firm on their fleet of Scania's. If you were not joking at the end then I wish you the very best with the next chapter! Please don't leave us on a cliff hanger for long though as some of us won't sleep well worrying about you!
