Da que pensar sobre el koto, la comparación con la guitarra. En el koto no se percibe tanto el uso de acordes, si alguno. Sin embargo la cualidad expresiva particular que logra es muy particular. Por otro lado, no soy asiduo escucha del Shakuhachi, pero con lo que tenga me muevo y lo aprecio enormemente. No creo que sea común las incursiones de acompañamiento con la guitarra, por lo menos no las había escuchado. Quedó estupendo.

Rodrigo tienes una interpretación muy impecable primera vez que te escucho y creeme q eres un genio. Soy de perú y toco quena zampoña y algo de flauta pero el shakuhachi tiene un timbre muy hermoso espero poder tener un y me puedas ayudar a tocar o conseguirlo. Bendiciones y éxitos amigo. Saludos

Beautiful, A have a Shakuhach. How do i know what type is mine? It has 4 holes on top and one on bottom?

Hi. Shaks are named by their overall length, in Japanese feet and inches. Most common one is the 1.8, I Shaku Ha Sun, say one foot eight inches, arround 54 cm. Japanese inches (sun) are decimal, and equals 3.03 cm, so a Shak (foot) is 30.3cm.
