I’m currently working on this rebuild myself! I found the town a few nights ago and thought I should rebuild it, I googled to see if someone did it and I found your video! It helped me with flame placement etc! Good luck!

I didn't know we could place 2 overlapping flameshrines. 1 cannot cover the whole town. Great job what you did sofar. Too bad most of the town is made out of dognose stones.

My group rebuilt glenwood and it was totally worth it. All four of us have huge buildings to ourselves, a common use area for the NPCs and loads of farming space. Its been my favorite base location, especially with us playing as a group of 6-8 at a time.

Me and my group used 2 level 4 flames to start rebuilding long keep and beginning area one friend is going nuts on field said while I’m working on the ruins and blending the ruins in with the rebuilding of the ruins it’s been really fun

Shroud Cores, the easy way - Go to the First Elixir Well you ever went to, you can practically glide to it from the base 1 location Rush inside, descend the stairs, about halfway down, you can see the red Shroud Root, Glide towards it Kill the guardian of it, one of those Fell Nightblades or similarly named guys He drops a Shroud Core Do NOT destroy the root Log back to restart the game (not fully, just "return to main menu") Youll be back at first base Rinse and repeat As long as the Root is still there, the Guardian will respawn and drop a Core, depending on your current level this should be very fast and easy If thats too cheesy, sure go ahead and craft them When it comes to moving Flame Altars etc As long as you dont logout until everything is perfectly placed, Everything should remain intact for hours, even if its currently outside your flame area But restarting the game will remove anything outside the area You may want to consider your Flame area is a Cube, so you might not want your Altar at Ground Level, depending how deep or high you plan to build Speaking of Levels, or Storeys, i find one large wall to be not tall enough for a Storey, i prefer them to be 1.5 or 2 walls high, otherwise everything feels claustrophobic, personal preference i will concede, but its worth thinking about Keep up the good work

I recommend recording your game audio and your microphone to different channels so you can balance them as needed during editing. If you mix them into the same channel, it will really limit what you can do at editing time.

i started my renovation yesterday and i can say you dont have to farm a single flintstone if you dont want to. The Castle is build on a massive Flintstone Wall Foundation, u can simply take those blocks from below the big castle, already got way over 20.000 blocks and didnt even used half of the foundation. Take the Big Foundation, place it, then u can delete it and u get more then u used to build. A little bit tricky but u learn it fast.

I managed to get all the town inside my square so am busy restoring it at the moment.

That's funny! I'm doing the same right now. I have one altar underneath the stairs of the grand hall where the hole is and another beside a post on the pathway under the village so they are nearly inline. Only the dead bodys respawning all the time are a bit annoying . I have put a well on it. :D

It would be amazing if they put farm animals in the game..

Can you make a fence in front of the spider cocoon so the hunter just has a pet spider?

Could it be that the spider was not yet "cleared" before you put the first altar down? Same for the dead bodies...?

If you placed all flame alters and maxed them out how much space would that occupy?

Hi, working on theese stuctures like at 14:15 . Do you just hammer away with the pickaxe to remove the walls? Does the whole wall get removed or just 1x1? Goot luck dude xD

If I take my upgraded alter down, and move it to a place like you did, does it keep its upgrade? I'm scared to move it and lose lose its level or upgrade of how many alters I can have
