in my opinion Bathory is the best Viking band but ensiferum is a damn good one as well

Information for all: Ensiferum is Melodick Folk Metal with Melodic Death Metal and Viking Metal only influences. And in fact they are Melodic Folk Metal!!!! First album without Jari. . . :( Good but it is not the same. . .

In fact, no one realy cares about what metal sound they have, they're unique like many metal bands. A clear sign is that you cant put them into one genre simpy. Dont say i listen to Band X, they make YZ Metal, say you listen to ensiferum.
