How can they issue sponsorship for an admin role if it’s not eligible under home office guidelines? @@abeesuk8348 I meant that, if you wants to grow in any job, first you must check the careep path and growth. Then start acquiring the necessory skills and work experience. An engineer working as a caregiver and aspiring for engineering jobs is not going to take that person anywhere. That is a no brainer. One must be stupid for not knowing this. But unfortunately I am seeing so many students in UK or Canada is working in unrelated fields. May be compulsions, but it is worthless.

You have been working in the warehouse, and now you have an admin job in NHS, and you think you are a professional ??? hahaha hahaha.
