With savage blow factored in, this unit is essentially a backliner version of twinstars pre-TF. Where twinstars have higher speed and much better recharge and an additional KB, Osaka Miku has 110 extra range. If Ponos ever decides to give miku units TF, I think a slight HP boost and a damage buff similar to what twinstars got would be good. Or just making her multi hit have an even damage spread to make savage blow more reliable.

The savageblow activating goes with the fireworks in her attack animation. Just a very pretty design. Can't wait for the Tokyo review. Want to hear Siluman's opinion on her unique ranged wave blocker. Just watched the Yaminora review, so got an idea.

Osaka Miku: America Ya! It really feels like Osaka M is built to work together with Tokyo M Since both are anti red/angel with Tokyo having Tough and Osaka with Massive Damage.

Tokyo Miku's stats are kinda meh, she shines better as a wave blocking generalist than use than specializing os a red/angel resist. She's not really as tanky as you might think against her typing and she's worse against those outside it. Although yeah, she's still one of the best wave blockers in this game, that's basically how players make efficient use of her.

My idea for her tf is to actually give her a 4th multi hit, reduce the backswing so her TBA remains the same, then increase her savage blow chance to 15%. That'll give her a 48% chance of at least getting a single savage blow per attack cycle, which feels inconsistent enough to still be a weakness while still being somewhat reliable over the course of a level. Best part though is that this means she will CONSTANTLY be attacking so it's like she never stops dancing. Oh and give her alien targetting so her traits match her colour scheme fr fr

I don't get the flaw about her savage blow causing Miku Osaka to not "stray far from her base stats." Even with the multi-hit's different attack strength, on average her expected bonus damage is 20% ( (0*0.729+0.44*0.081+0.67*0.081+0.89*0.081+1.11*0.009+1.33*0.009+1.56*0.009+2.00*0.001)/1 = 0.2). Is this more about unreliability and luck playing too much of an issue, and so you should treat her as if she ha 18.6k effective dps (especially on quick, time-based, or rush stages)?

Pretty much. Most of them times she only does 1 Savage Blow per full attack sequence and that doesn't give her much DMG bonus (hence, doesn't stray from her initial DMG/DPS) Meanwhile, the chance of her doing multiple Savage Blow is less than 3%. Statistically, happens once every 34 attacks or 2 minutes.
