Having a spammable luga that’s actually usable would be kinda funny. No chance this unit gets a true form but giving it area damage and buffing the freeze duration would be the best ways to fix him without doing something extreme like sage slayer or omnistrike

His Freeze duration only last for 0.8s so no amount of combos gonna help him

It will improve him by a little, it’s like healer but with less freeze time and more range and only single target, I think you can combine the 2

it's already explained in the video. right now it's only for JP version. and you can get him simply by login during 11.5 anniversary. global version will get him later in 2-3 years
