This fish is awesome. I still personally think ganglion is probably a bit better due to having being more unique and less generic but it’s definitely a toss up and a dragon emperor is finally giving ganglion a run for his money

I’m so damn happy I got him and I can confirm he’s as good advertised

No TF yet and has great stats and a decent niche. Excited to see him with talents and TF. Floatings are pretty spammy so the high cost isnt really an issue. Slow speed is also good for a sniper in my opinion. So far, I don't see anything really wrong with him except niche powercreep.
