i really like festival but im really missing the feel of how the venues and band interact with eachother, FF just feels so static compared to the other GH/RB games.

so far out of all the metallica chart comparisons i've been liking the fortnite festival charts the most. rhythmauthors really did cook

I think all these charts are great! But what makes a good rhythm game like rock band and guitar hero is the background portion of it. The band members and the camera angles having life to them really gives you the feel of being apart of the show. For Festival however, the band just feels so stiff. Like a garage band playing their first performance and is having stage fright. All charts, 100% amazing tho!

Man the vibes that Rock Band note chart gives is absolutely unbeatable.

OMG Rock Band 1 my beloved hiiii I think they've been absolutely killin it with these recent Festival Pro mode charts lately and this is no exception. I'm still wondering tho, what hyperspeed/breakneck speed numbers do you use for all of the GH/RB/FF games adjustable speeds?

Yeah, I think I'm going with the FNF festival chart for this one (animations will be the GH:M one, that's for sure), seeing as this one is charted more accurately, and in the end is like a nice mix of the RB1 and GH:M, along with doing its own thing.

The FNFEST chart looks like a lot of fun. I would say it is my favourite of the 3!

Rate them charting the background guitar in the festival outro but rb1 is the best chart for me, might just be the nostalgia though

What guitar do you use in Fortnite?

I'll admit, FF needs a huge overhaul with the way the band members interact. I never played G.H. or R.B. but just looking at those games, it makes FF feel empty. Still has good charts though, just need more interaction, maybe special interactions for some specific songs. Also, I feel like the audio is always slightly off in videos compared to when the notes cross the line. My sync is set to as soon as I press the button it's registered, as soon as the note plays too. I kind of have it playing in my head so right when I press the key (on keyboard), the exact same note plays, same time. Is that a bad way to sync or is that good, because I still run into issues where I only get mid to upper 50s in perfect notes percentage, maybe low 60s, but in songs like Enter Sandman, I've been better, in the low 70s for %, but that's because it's a slower rhythm. I'm screwed on Ride The Lightning, lol.

Much prefer the Rock Band version on this one. The custom ending alone is amazing enough. Guitar Hero is a close second and once again has the mocap and FF is just….kinda there, Feels like they only picked it because it’s one of their more popular songs and because it was already on Rock Band before. Song is still great though 🤘😎🤘

I won't even hide it, Rock Band 1 was and still is my favorite Chart and Mix of the song. Crowd vocals aside which are peak, i love all the chords of it, Metallica and RB just connect them and it just much more fun having them all be split, feels more powerful. Solo too, i like the chords of Festival and GHM, but with hopos while there are parts that there are more on other charts, playing Quads nearing the later half is much better, and more fitting considering in RB1 its one of the last tiers of songs you play. Ending is interesting, Festivals has this micro solo you play and GHM goes for more i guess 'fitting' ending with it just well ending, but RB again, with its Chords and then James whispering that last bit is just fantastic, it kind of reminds me of WT's Pull Me Under, where they actual got a really cool ending to the song while both RR and later RB would just keep the original so its kind of a reverse case here. Overall Festival is not bad but it does not keep me hooked like RB1, and Metallica to me is only really worth it due to the mocap, otherwise i am booting up the original RB and replaying that game.
