It is the labyrinth near the Gerudo region. It is slightly south of where the completed Devine Beast Vah Naboris is.

Wait how did u uh …. Is that a glitch bec u have to complete maze first to get the shrine but u …. I’m so confused😂

I dropped from above the maze to the closest spot, than climbed on the walls without touching the floor.
