Enterprise Rent A Car review: "...I have been renting with Enterprise and not a single other company since i have a driver's license (i was 17 ). My family and i had a corporate account, bought a car through their car sales, and have done repeat multiple thousand dollar rentals with enterprise throughout the years. Probably spent close to $10 000 renting in the past 5 years from their Brevard County locations ( Cape Canaveral and Cocoa ) including over $1000 last month. Well in the middle of my last rental, the manager who was taking great care of me was promoted. ( as happens very often at the Cocoa location ). And the new manager " Robert " decided to flex his nuts and treated me like a thief for renting the same way i have been renting for years..."

Enterprise is not a good company, and I would not advise that people use them. They pull bait and switches and they treat long standing customers like dirt.

You always have to be up to date with payments and $200 (can vary on location.) deposit ahead of rental. It doesn’t matter how long u been with them, it’s NOT your car, it’s a rental and on their terms. Seems like you dug yourself a hole by threatening to block your card which pretty much puts you on the DO NOT RENT LIST!!! Car rentals do not take chances on customers who may be adverse risk. The customer is not always right!!! In this case they made a good decision and got rid of you as a customer because u thought u had control over their vehicle. You’re lucky they didn’t report the car unauthorized, or cops would pull you over guns a blaze. Again not your car stay up to date with payment or face consequences. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been a customer means jack shit if u can’t pay and threaten to block your card while you’re still in THEIR rental. Good luck at hertz or Avis who nearly don’t have enough locations or selection of vehicles as enterprise does.

Enterprise is making false accusation of vehicle damages. Do not rent from Enterpise. I currently have that issue. Make sure to talke pictures and video of the car when you return it. I will make it my life goal to paste this all over the internet. You have been warned.

It sounds like you had a sweetheart deal that the new manager wasn't interested in supporting. The new guy actually wants to make money, the old guy was only interested in taking care of a couple customers at the cost of his own paycheck and his branch's success. Fine. There are, in fact, different kinds of managers. It sounds like you failed to pay, the old manager worked with you, the new guy actually follows policy. Welcome to the real world.

I mean clearly you owed the office money and didn’t make payments. It’s the companies car not yours. If you don’t update payments on time, don’t return the vehicle, attempt to block your card so that no payments can be made, then of course you will be put on the DNR list. The old manager probably allowed you to make late payments because you were a regular but when a new manager came in they didn’t want any bad debt or down money. If you pay your bill and return the car on time there will never be an issue.

If you have any criminal record, and you are a local residential rental they have new policy surrounding discrimination, you need to report them to the BBB and the Federal Trades Commission. For unfair practice and discrimination.

The way they treated a family member of mine that worked for them is criminal. It’s a shame you have to post a video like this just to complain about this awful company.

You could easily pass to somebody that does drugs and he may do and I’m sure his family and kids didn’t treat the car like a rental like you’re supposed to. They don’t give you those cars to rent go off or tear them up.
