He's up to date because he isnt a person that sit's in a corner all day. He has kid's and does go out to see what goes on, Plus remember he is a shaykh, so people come to him with with problems so he gets knowledge of the outer world through them.

Wow Iv learnt so much,and this has encouraged me to stick to my route,to learn about islam as a study and embrace not as a person who was brought up as a muslim to as a person who is choosing to be a muslim from their own journey and acceptance. @RealName007 Thank you for the reply. I seem to be getting a lot of abstarct answers from people on this page. Everyone is using the circular reasoning of using their religous text, to answer only the questions that are being brought up within said text. Outside the realms of any religous doctrine, many questions and answers have been raised and sovled. Many of the questions regard stuff that is intergral to life and reality. My problem with the opaque nature of religous text, which includes

I have a question. I stay at the local masjid every day, from 8 AM to 7 PM, learning quran, and doing homework, etc. Its only me and my sister that stay, so i dont really see the rest of my family. Is this okay, or should i see my family more? i also go to bed at 9 PM, sometimes later. So i see my family for about an hour or two each day, and all day on the weekends.

Learning the Quran is an amazing thing Mashallah, but try to make the most of it when you are with your family. Play games, laugh, and go places together. Alhamdillah hope this helps

And if ye are in doubt as to what We have revealed from time to time to Our servant, then produce a Surah like thereunto; and call your witnesses or helpers (if there are any) besides Allah, if your (doubts) are true. (23) Al-Baqarah.

27:30 Haqq. Bayshaq. Why? Because, you're doing yourself a favour, and you probably don't realise it. You're lowering your gaze because you know that this will effect your psyche so by you lowering your gaze, as Allah commands the believing men and believing women, this will make you closer to Allah Azzawajal because you could say you're practising Sabr (patience) and enduring (steadfast) with having Sabr.

There's proof for them being real. Look up the linguistic miracles of the Quran, the scientific miracles, etc. Also read the biography of the Prophet Muhammad (Sal Allahu 'Alaihi Wasallam).

34:00 no idea what a Wathifa/Wazifa is, sounds like a Muslim female name. *edited According to the Quran, it has been duly preached by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that Wazifa generally means “amount”. The constant repetition of the words and the phrases is done simply to gain the definite type of the benefits from the Creator of all.

For reference sake; I am only at sura 4 of the qu'ran, but I am already shocked at the blatant subjecation of women to men. Lines like "forbidden to you also are married women, execept those who are in your hands as slaves". I find this offensive, and also of no bearing to contempory humankind. What is your view on this sort of rhetoric ? Is this meant to be taken literally ?

Had many authors, stole most scriptures minus the violent ones. Came long after other religions. The quran was altered, verses added and deleted e.g. "satanic verses". Didn't know the sun does not revolve around the earth. Quran said the world was made in two days, then later on 6 days. Mu was a pedophile, a warlord, with a taste for bestiality and dead women. If you are blind to these true facts then you are just blind. Some idiots just can't be saved. The entire world evolved yet until recent years your countries weren't even aware of that fact. Any religon that teaches hatred of another people is not anything from any god but some demon. Any religion that needs to lie to defend it isn't a religion.
