That is up to the couple. You don't know if there was any infidelity just because he held hands with another woman while he was drunk. It was wrong, completely wrong, but no one knows for sure only JT and that actress he held hands with. And if Jessica forgave him - that is up to her, NOT you. It's her marriage, NOT yours.

But he wasn't kissing on her there was nothing intimate. Again, it was inappropriate, and he apologized because it was inappropriate, but that was not something you end a marriage over. Stop playing.
