I saw the end of Dexter yesterday , and I feel sad and empty ! Michael C Hall is fantastic as Dexter Morgon ! No one can play Dexter Morgan like him ! He is an amazing actor ! I gonna miss him ! 😍

I’m so glad our favorite serial killer is back!!! He was sorely missed!! I’ve been a fan of Michael C Hall since 6feet under! I would never imagine him portraying Dexter, but after seeing him act…….who else could do it??? It just shows how great an actor he is!!

I can't even express how delighted I am that Dexter is returning! The ending didn't sit well with me. At all! I think I even yelled "What the fu*k was THAT?!! I used to have Dexter Watch parties with friends who are also fans! Fun times! Definitely an admirer of the show and of Michael, especially. He's mega talented. Plus, he's eye candy, too!

This man is an expert actor. He can be so personable and yet alienating at the same time while playing Dexter. I'm completely stoked for this New Blood series, and I have no doubt he's going to be EVEN better as he's surely evolved as an actor over the years. 😊

Really appreciate his candor on how the show's ending was AWFUL and a slap in the face to fans - usually actors keep those sorts of opinions to themselves out of respect to the show-runners and give some non-committal answer like "Well I know it probably wasn't for everybody but I'm proud of what we created these last 8 seasons...blah blah blah." When they eventually release a Game of Thrones documentary in 5 or 10 years I'd love to hear from actors removed so many years from *that* awful ending.

He reminds me of my uncle and he is a soft spoken genious and needs to be recognized more. I didn't see Dexter at all until 2016 and binged all seasons thanks to it being my best friends favorite show. Was sad when it ended the way it did but was thrilled that didn't leave us hanging forever. Still processing the end of New Blood.

I never want Dexter to end, so of course, I'm as pleased as punch that Dexter is returning. I think the world needs a little Dexter right now. Michael C. Hall brilliant with everything he does. Such a groovy actor, so one of a kind.

Huge fan of Michael C. Hall. I first discovered him many years ago when he played David Fisher on Six Feet Under. If you've never watched that show I'd *HIGHLY* recommend it. He's a phenomenal actor and no one could have played Dexter better. I'm sad to see it end now that New Blood is over. Jack Alcott played Harrison very well in my opinion. I'm going to re-watch the entire series again, as I own all of them on DVD.

Should’ve just left it alone or brought it back and kept it going because as far as I’m concerned this season did not exist I always thought the last episode finale of season eight was what it should be those that wanted the additional epilogue I would say you guys just didn’t understand what we as the viewers were looking for Dexter did not have to die there was no sense of that in fact the only way to support the original series is that Dexter should’ve lived now it basically makes no sense that he died because the whole point of being Dexter was that he survived any Situation in anyway so I think you guys got it wrong from this viewers perspective.

Nice to hear him just be honest about the finale. You don’t always achieve what you’re going for in a creative process. The way he’s so matter of fact about it without trashing it or making excuses for it makes me very ready for more Dexter. Just watched the first episode and it’s off to a promising start.

His real voice is so different. Didn't realize how much he changed it for the Dexter character.

I have loved Dexter since I was 14 when it came out and I am so happy to have my childhood 'serial killer' back! I also really missed Deb so it's nice to see her back too :D

They did this perfect. I thought it would flop like those second attempts at a title just to juice some more money out of it, but they know this character matters to us a lot. And the returning end-credits score too? Ahh. Sooo much nostalgia. Super excited for the future episodes.

I for one loves the series finale season. It was so good to see them wrap up the series in a way that, at least for me, made sense. You could clearly feel they made this final season with love towards us fans. Thank you!

I am currently re-watching the series, on season 3 and just let me tell you, I am enjoying now every bit if not more than when I originally watched years ago! I am kinda weirdly obsessed with him lol

I was happy to get more time with Dexter. Michael C Hall is brilliant and all of his roles so just seeing him in action was wonderful.

Michael C. Hall has achieved one of the best characters, unforgettable and endearing. I was listening to some of his work with music (Princess Goes To The Butterfly Museum), it is very interesting, I hope it goes very well. I really enjoy watching him work, I hope to see a lot more of Michael C. Hall.

The ending of New blood was absolutely heartbreaking and it fucking disappointed almost all of the fans. And no us fans didn't want anything tied up. We really highly expecting Dexter and his son to go off and make it a family business type of thing. You guys ruined all of our fantasies our sick twisted fantasies. You guys just flushed down the toilet. Congratulations. The only way anybody would have enjoyed that type of ending is if Harrison initially wanted to run away with him, but they both realized the only way that Harrison could get away is if he killed Dexter. And the exchanged and I love you to one another before Harrison finally had to make the shot . This could have gone a thousand times better if they did it that way or if they had Dexter go to prison it admit all of his crimes and then eventually escape with the assistance of his son who has this amazing genius brain that they barely even touched on in New blood. And then they go off and assume new identities and become this crazy duo team serial killing serial killers. 😂 That was literally my fantasy is that they would go and be like these two crazy vigilante Heroes ridding the world of worst kind of people.

Michael C Hall is great in everything he does. I just finished binge watching 6 feet under. It was fantastic. There were times though I wished the "Dexter" in him would just come out and give someone a good old serial killing.

When Dexter killed Sergeant Logan that ruined it for us. We both felt it resulted in a horrible ending and that having Dexter kill Sergeant Logan was a terrible plot choice. It spoiled the New Blood series for us.

Hannah should be in it. Even for one episode. Hell. Even like on a phone call. She took over as parent for his son. Raised him herself in Argentina. And we know that this season will focus a ton on Harrison. So It’s absolutely ridiculous she’s not included in any way. (Even if you hate her character. It still just makes no sense)

Michael C. Hall is so adorable. His acting is so powerful, no one can forget Dexter or any character he breathes life into. I can't wait to see his next character adventure.

Well I finally got around to seeing the new series. I thought the ending to Dexter was poorly executed but after seeing the ending of New Blood, it makes the ending to the original series look downright ingenious. Not sure what Michael C. Hall was thinking but it almost appeared that they ran out of money and needed to rush to a quick ending. It's sad because the series started off so strongly and it easily could have ended with the killing of Kurt. Michael are you listening?? What the heck did you do here?? Killing off Dexter is like seeing James Bond getting killed off in "No Time To Die". You just don't do it! You did NOT have to do it. As a fan I feel like you just took a dump on your fan base. Do us all a favor, you can correct this by making it a dream sequence and doing another season. Think Dallas and Bobby Ewing and you will get my drift. SO pissed off right now. BTW, spent 30 years in the Television business, saw a lot of series screw ups but this one takes the cake!

I loved the Ending 😅 it totally made sense and that look in the Camera was just perfection, and it left it open for more in the future. I am hopeful that a spin off 'Harrison' will materialise with Michael playing Harrison's dark passenger as both Harry and Debs were to Dexter.

I binged watched all of the Dexter episodes and finished up a month ago getting ready for Dexter's revival series to begin. And that's only days away. So excited. America's favorite serial killer! ☠️👁️☠️

Without saying too much im more upset about the episode 10 new blood than I was 8 years ago.....8 years we waited....and I blink and its over.

Love Dexter and his theory on doing things....its ridiculous how this episode ends!!! The show is call "Dexter"... Without Dexter there is no show!!! Maybe they have Dexter appear to Harrison as Deb appears to Dexter... regardless.... it will never work out...Sorry, but Angela messed up!!! She don't get it!!! Harrison don't get it!!! Unless Dexter is Alive... this show is done!!! Ridiculous!!!! Maybe Dexter is only fantasizing/ dreaming of these events!!! Dexter can't be dead!!! Hope he isn't... this show can do soooo much with this!!! And "Dexter" can go on for more years!!!

I don't know about others, but I kind of was quite satisfied with the Show's finale episode. It kept lot of questions regarding Dexter hanging and it's a good thing. For a character who is as comlicated as Dexter and for the viewers who were so heavily invested for 8 years in Dex's character, there can be no morally right or societally accepted solution in the finale. Dexter was an outlier, and the solutions to stop the character from doing "morally" wrong things have to be unconventional too. Also if you look at it, thanks to the so-called unsatisfying ending, we get a Dexter Sequel or a reboot. If there was a final closure in the show, there wouldn't have been a sequel now... 😊

I want to thank everyone involved with this show! Michael C Hall , you are the best. Dexter, You are my hero! I'm currently on episode 9 and even though I wished there wasn't so many kids involved in this one it still was a good revival. And the kid playing Harrison is a good actor too. I'm almsot done with the season. And I always knew this show was coming back from the way the last episode ended on the original series. There's was hope for more....

The idea that Dexter relocated to Alaska and did not dispatch a serial killer for 8 years seems implausible and frankly a waste of God given talent.

A lot of people are bummed out about the ending, including me, BUT we still do not know which way Harrison is going to go and there is now a whole new fan base due to the fact that the actor playing Harrison was quite intriguing - AND we can still see Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter in flashbacks - I am not going to give up on that possibility.

AND the new season is shaping up AWESOME after the first two episodes and the trailer for the 3rd!!!!!

And people thought the original series finale was rough. Love me some MCH, though.
