These Americans try to think they understand what a royal is. A so called "royal" is anyone from the line invaders 1000s of years ago who ruled Britain. Currently it's the House of Windsor. Pippa is not in the House of Windsor. Her sister only married in to the Windsor line. Pippa is still a so called "commoner". A royal wedding was Kate and William's ie the 2nd in line to throne marrying Kate. Pippa and James only had the attention, because Kate is now a Duchess. Without that only their family and friends would care instead of zombie followers of the royals. It's not a royal wedding Americans. Pippa isn't a royal, Kate is.
