She seems to want ownership of all information about her, and it just doesn't work like that. That information has been public for years. This doesn't make Meri look bad, this makes Kody look even worse. Meri has no right To be mad. First off if she should be mad at anyone it should be Kody!!! Then maybe herself. The victim blaming of Meri is astounding. She has lived her entire 50 something years in a fundamentalist cult. She's been programmed to live in this lifestyle and god knows what has been said to her behind the cameras, we only see a snippit of their lives. I feel bad for her, she was a victim just as Christine and Janelle were, but the hate gets poured on her because she doesn't have a sparkling personality and it took her longer to give up.

I’ve heard many people (creators & consumers alike) call this a “Tell Nothing” now that Christine has actually TOLD ALL of the story, people are mad? Please, MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. If anything, Meri was just afforded a story arch for Season 19 in the nick of time, because I’ve also heard the some of the same group of characters say they aren’t interested in Meri’s friendship with Jen or her redo of her carriage house. Either way, next season needs to be the last, ‘cause I can see how things could go left for the entire family if too many more HORRIFIC details are exposed.
