Today I am sharing with you my entire collection of the Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon Eye Shadow Pencils. I have all 10 shades that are currently available. These pencils have been out for close to ten years and I think they are amazing. They can be used as an eyeshadow stick or eyeliner and once they set, they do not budge. In today's video, I swatch all 10 shades as well as demonstrate every single shade on my eyes as a one and done look.

About the Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon Eye Shadow Pencil
A hybrid shadow/liner eye pencil for a quick and easy pop of color.
This fool-proof formula creates dazzling eyes in seconds and lasts for up to 10 hours! The easy-glide pencil is infused with caranuba wax for smooth application and flawless film formers for a long-lasting, water-repellent finish.
Suggested Usage:
-Make sure the pencil is sharp for precision application.
-To use as a liner, run the pencil along your lash line and let set.
-To use as an eyeshadow follow line the eye, then sweep the pencil up and across the lid. Use your finger to blend shadow across the lid and socket.
-For both applications, the formula will set after 30 seconds, so blend quickly.
Precautions:
-Do not use this eyeshadow pencil on the insides of your eyes. If it comes into contact with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
-Always make sure the cap is firmly shut to ensure your Colour Chameleon lasts as long as possible.

This is SUCH a helpful video!! Thank you so much for such a huge amount of work and detail! I would love to know the difference in formula compared to the Eyes to Mesmerise. I usually have trouble using eyeshadow pencils on my hooded eyes. They always dry down too fast and go patchy as I try to blend (just forget layering!), settle into my creases, and are super sticky. I like a formula that has a lot of play time for blending or fixing mistakes, so I don't care about the no budge sort of formulas. Pillowtalk, Golden Quartz, and Dark Pearl are the ones I'm most drawn to!

Eyes to mesmerize definitely do not dry down as fast. If you want something easier to work with, I would choose eyes to Mesmerise. I love them!

Thanks for such a helpful video! I'm having a hard time deciding between the stick and the Eyes to mesmerize. Can you share which brush you are using to blend?

Sure thing! It’s the Charlotte Tilbury Eye Blender Brush. So personally, I prefer the Eyes to mesmerize because they give you a little more time to work with them. Also, you don’t have to worry about sharpening them. However, these are great if you want to do your eyes fast.

Hi Shannon, which one did you use on the waterline in the look you are wearing in this video?

So the 2 I am wearing in this video are the 2 Pillow Talks. I didn't put anything in the waterline. However, I did film all the B-Roll application footage shortly before I recorded and as I stated, these don't budge, so I may have had some remnants of some of the other shades. Also, the reason why my eyes are a little red. But I would say what you are seeing is mostly likely the Smokey Pillow Talk.
