ENTIRE PAOLYN ORIGINAL HOUSEBOAT, 272 square meters all private. 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and a top roof terrace (amazing for dinners under the stars and the moon), good for 4 / 15 people (we suggest max 8 adults and 7 kids or 5 couples). Four of the five bedrooms have an internal private bathroom with hot water shower and one small bedroom has a small external bathroom next door (still with hot water shower).
It has three levels. Totally refitted few months ago. It has 102 square meters at the ground floor (private dining area with 2 new bedrooms and 2 bathroom), three bedrooms (the Junior Suite, the Unicorn Room and the small Nemo Room) at the first floor (3 bathrooms) for a total of 65 square meters and a top roof terrace of 33 square meters. It has a private dining area that can host privately a small group of 20 people.
It is ideal for 2 or more couples (till 5) or one or two small families that would like to have space, comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms have also 2 singles bunk beds and one bedroom has one single bed (so in total there are 5 queen beds and 5 single beds). There is not space to add single matrass inside the bedrooms.
It has 78 square meters of decks where to relax on sunbeds under sun umbrella. The price is for the first 4 guests. We had special couples that rented all private for one couple in order to have privacy and comfort. AC available with surcharge in three bedrooms.
