Not only is it kinda racist because black people are notoriously associated with having "baby mamas" but it's just a very disrespectful blanket term to say. It's like if someone walked up to you and saw your mom/sister/aunt whatever and said "is that your bitch?" @@live4thehunttoday678

I think what he meant by "running his mouth" was in a way to suggest that Malcom probably shouldn't have been talking without a lawyer present. Almost like potentially incriminating himself. That's how I took his "running his mouth" comment. I'd agree though, Malcom was definitely cooperative and civil.

@@kuronvega4085 you have your opinion, I have my opinion. I'm not going to debate the validity of two opinions. The officer didn't give any beef to the sheriff when he suggested that maybe he shouldn't have been cuffed. I don't think the officer was out of order except for cuffing him. No reason for him to be detained in my opinion, unless he felt like he would run.

A Sheriff (highest rank) would never be out on a call, and a deputy sheriff is exactly the same as a Police officer, they just cover different areas. A Sheriff is the boss of the entire county, while a Chief is the boss of the City's police station.
@3Demolishable
@3Demolishable 8 ай бұрын
@@SeekanDestroy03 No they are not the same, I’m a police officer. And your own statement is proving my point, they are not exactly the same. They have different responsibilities and jurisdictions. One is Municipal and another is County/ Districts. Hence why they have different names. The guy calling the police officer a “sheriff” is inaccurate because a police officer cannot be a sheriff. He can only be a Chief if he is the head of the police department, sheriff is head of the sheriff department, the ones in the video are only police department officers. It’s crazy I have to explain this.

Why do you think he is that calm? He had to force himself to be calm because he is black. I'm white and I have a law degree, and I definitely wouldn't have stayed so calm, letting the cops put handcuffs on me for an offense I didn't commit. But I forgot, I'm white, they would have just politely asked me if this was my bike and if I got a bill for it. Thing of 2 minutes, no problemo. But if a black kid questions the police, they would get clubbed. The behaviour of the kid had nothing to do with manners, but with fear. Wouldn't be the wirst time a black kid got shot for no reason.
