I've taken professionally administered MBTIs a few times and have always gotten ENTJ. Here's my experience as an ENTJ: I get into arguments all the time and I tend to struggle with people that can't formulate a logical case for their position. I love black and white reasoning. I get into conflict quite often with people that try to jockey for power. I tend to strategically make long term plans that I stick to and obsess over. I also tend to get frustrated when dealing with incompetence (especially my own incompetence). I also have a serious temper that I constantly have to work on dialing back. In my opinion, it can be a good type in the professional world, but its definitely a struggle in relationships.

I tried to get my ENTJ husband to watch this over breakfast but he got 2 business texts, 1 e-mail and 2 business calls. Lol

As an ENTJ I struggle with incompetence and wishy washy attitudes even when it comes down to small details. I also hate slow pace. Once I’m on the train moving forward ANYONE who gets in that path will get run over and I’ll shed a tear (maybe) afterwards but I make it a point to let people know where the train is going, how fast and the dangers of getting in the way. You’re either all aboard or an obstacle. Being in a relationship is hard because we have to hold back for the sake of not shoving the other person off the train. It’s not that my plans are always right...(ok ok our plans are always right!) but at least we’re moving

I’m an INFP and my sister is an ENTJ. Though, I could only dream getting an emotional support from her, she’s always the one who will act and find solution in times of trouble.

My boss is an ESTJ nd her boss is an ENTJ. I have a good time when I sometimes observe the conversations, when the ENTJ super boss starts whacking my ESTJ boss. As someone who has taken the test several times with the same result of being an ENTJ. I would say the video does a very good job of describing myself and other ENTJ's I know. I am glad he did talk about the misconception of us being heartless. We just focus on logic, absolutes, and efficiency. Being controlled or even submitting to people who live in one big echo chamber based on emotional kneejerk reactions is simply not gonna happen. True we can sometimes seem harsh, extremely blunt and direct. Like the video, the creator touched on at the end of video. Every ENTJ I have met want to see people succeed. Building extremely effective teams is what we are masters at. I could give a crap less about someones race/sex/origin on my team at work or my relationships in life. I do take issue with adults that act like babies, SJW's and people who assume they are they moral authority/speech police. Like the majority of ENTJ's I know. We simply could give a shit less about you or your feelings. We also will have no issue in letting you know how you are a lower life form than pond scum. Your actions do nothing but steal other people's potential to succeed. You are not capable of individual logical thought. The greatest accomplishment in life that you have to look forward to is repeating the stupid chants in a Soros sponsored newest victimhood group march. I’m 12 and have taken many school tests to prove that i’m an ENTJ,i really badly want to be a lawyer, i am really loud and outgoing, (always class president and a leader in most activities.) I ABSOLUTELY HATE small talk and don’t wanna sound annoying but am the natural leader in many situations. (ex. we get assigned groups and people automatically come to me for instructions) I am a very logical thinker and don’t like to over think things, and I am ALWAYS planning for the future. (ex. it’s mid jan and I already have my whole next year planned out) and I am always coming up with new ideas how to improve our ways of life. I am also kind of materialistic, so I am constantly finding/planning logical ways for me to make money to buy what I want to save up for, and I either want to be a lawyer like i said, or be a CEO of a company. I have a lot of my life goals already planned out, and know exactly I want to do with myself in the future I absolutely cannot live with out saying my opinion and talking about all my ideas, but I do tend to keep stuff to myself sometimes. I’m not really that open, but then again really social. I AM ALSO EXTREMELY ORGANIZED and cannot live with my constant lists, and planned out to the minute days and i didn’t say all this to sound annoying, just to prove how accurate this video is, and how it really reflects my personality from what i have discovered from just living with myself.

Oh yeah... That. To be honest, when we got work To do in university, i'm almost always the first one To organize the people: Whats the plan? Whats ressources do we have? Which tools do we use? How much time is at hand? And i voice my opinions loudly. I openly, carelessly critize when there is work to be done. No time for play, we got shit to do (german soul, woohoo!). But put me in a situation where nothing needs to be accomplished, where no plan is at hand and i'm the laziest person there is. I just need the right amount of pressure to work properly.

I am a ANTJ. I relate to all ENTJ traits but I need a lot of time by myself, or I become really drained and miserable. But once I am recharged I am ready to go out and take on the world again. But to much alone time is bad for me. Probably lean more Introverted then extraverted, But when I am recharged And feel good. I can be extraverted, but once the energy is gone, I have to disappear again. Its can sometimes be hard for me to strike a balance.
