Hi just wondering this room is it in the adult section or the family one ? Can we request roll away beds will they provide it? The room called one bedroom suite- is the sofa bed located beside the king bed or in the separate lounge area? Thanks

This room tour was in the family section and I am not sure about the roll away bed, but I’m sure if you ask the hotel they can accommodate. The sofa bed is a separate room from where the king size bed is. There is a door you pull open which creates the separate wall. Hope this helps 😊

Room 30-312, does that mean you stay at the 30th floor?

Hi we were on the 3rd floor. This resort only has 5 floors 😊

Hi can the couch becomes a pull out bed?

Hello Judy yes the couch does turn into a pull out bed and there is a sliding door that you can close for privacy

Hello yes there is it’s located in the living room area and is a pull out bed from the couch. There is a sliding door that comes out to provide privacy

what was the air con like?

Hi William the AC was fine, our room stayed cool but I will have to say we kept the ceiling fan running while we were in the room which I felt helped with circulating the air. I have had others comment that they had issue with their room staying cool so it might be something the hotel is working on. I would also recommend keeping your balcony door shut because it does let in the hot air and when it rained it was humid too
