This is so much better than Ramsey Show. Once you graduate out of normal every day budget questions. This is where to go. Just Dave and Wisdom.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This !! We started the Ramsey program about 6 years ago, paid off 291,000.00 in Bussiness debt . An we are baby steps millionaires today . It s really hard to stay hooked but it totally worth it . Thanks Uncle Dave for all the insight . I'm so thankful that there is someone out here fighting for the little guy . You are truly a blessing .

This is my new morning routine. Listening to other business people while I get ready for the day. Make MORE of these. Dave, you are slacking off if you don’t do at least 3 new episodes a week. We need these. GREAT advice to that father/daughter divorce challenge.

I have a diesel, auto and powersports repair shop I run in my barn. I have the same issue as Stephanie and husband. Dave makes such good points to stay positive and look at it different ways. Im swamped with no room and have to turn away work. I had to raise prices to I'm still way less than any other shop. I'm saving for a bigger shop to. It's hard just got to keep on keeping on! I'm out here working right now it's 9 pm sat.

Great advise Dave! As a Latina entrepreneur who started with nothing, to grow and keep on building my business was a hard road, to have someone as experienced as you to provide so much education and wisdom is such a blessing ❤ thank you! Thank you for all you do!

What does being a latina have to do with anything? Thats like me saying "as a caucasian entrepreneur..." which i am...but sounds weird. Heritage has nithing to do with entrepreneurial pursuits.

Treating my place of employment as my own business made me a co-owner. It all came down to integrity and wanting to lay my head on my pillow every night knowing I challenged myself to work hard and do my very best every day. It was for me first and foremost. I saw my boss, now business partner, as a highly respectable human who was also doing his best every day. The ripple effect naturally resulted in an extremely positive outcome.

What is your viewpoint on work Places that treat you poorly? And of course I know that some people would probably say just leave, although in our current economy that's not feasible as lots of places are not Hiring or are not paying very well. So now that the option of leaving is not on the table, how do you handle Abuse from an employer? Should you really just be their slave and do everything to please them even though they are abusing you?

@@MochaZilla she needs to leave her job. As a man you need to protect her no one should treat your woman bad if they do you are failing as a man to protect her. Eventually all that pain and suffering she is enduring she will blame you for it and it will break your marriage. Is ok to struggle a little. Like you said you have a good job make do for a month or two let her find another job even if it pays less where she is not getting abused.
