Very good and inspiring interview but One question: While we can perhaps expect the end of bureaucracies in organizational and management models, we see in politics and also in many old and powerful companies and also large technology companies a development towards more bureaucracy and planned economy in order to be able to solve problems such as climate change, for example. What do you say to this - in my opinion very alarming - development
