My problem is mainly finding the images... I never have any idea what to search to get specific images like those that you have. Like I have no idea what type of mountain that is in your design. I searched 'Overgrown Mountains' into Envato Elements and it only really gave me rivers

To me this images reflects sadness. Because of the body posture of the horse and rider, and because of the direction of the rider and the bridge, he appears to be LEAVING the castle, not discovering it.
