We might not know the value of things not until we lose it, without Enzo no ideal player in the midfield tbh, but some might think he's not the type of de bruine because no quality in the attack than Palmer , let someone like Man City etc get him then we'll know how valuable he is

Decent , but the fact we are holding this up as a MOTM performance and Enzo's best game since the opening day vs Liverpool speaks volumes about the other players vs Fulham and Enzo's general form this season. He is a undoubtedly a very good player. but I am not sure he will ever be a great one. Passes well, but nothing like the creativity or execution of a Fabrigas. Will never have the goal threat of a De Bruyne or the physicality of a Kante. He may go on to become a great servant for Chelsea, but as things stand, it looks like we paid £30-40m too much for him.

@@user-fb6sp5ft5u Lol. I am sure you get where I am coming from. Enzo is good at a lot of things and great at nothing. If he had an engine like Gallaher and was generally more mobile and athletic , his skillset, coupled with those attributes could win matches in the PL. Without them he is nothing more than a good player, capable of outstanding moments, that we paid too much for. He is still young and has plenty of time to develop and I hope I am wrong. Don't think so though.

@byrong1561 I keep saying to people that Enzo isn’t used correctly this game was the 1 time Pochettino used him correctly. Enzo playing style is very similar to Toni kroose

@@OmolemoNage We cannot build a team around Enzo to accommodate his skills. Most teams will park the bus against us and Enzo will not have the freedom he enjoyed against Fulham. Hope you are right with the Kroos comparisons but I don’t see it tbh. Kroos has far better positional awareness , leadership qualities, passing ability and general goal threat than Enzo currently possesses.

How our standards have fallen. 5 minute video of basic football and people calling him world-class. Man cant shoot, can't run like Gallagher, doesn't have physicality like your Kantes and Essien, can't pass like Fabregas (YET) but y'all gasing him up like we didn't overpay £30M for a slightly above average player.
