To be honest Tyrone I am still not sure who to hire however when I look at the candidates we have without mentioning unknown coach I would risk and take Enzo Maresca due to the fact I think our squad have technical players so we need a coach who believes in positional play 🤔

Leicester fan here. Frankly in mixed feelings. I don't know whether I should think "Don't go, my hero" or "Maybe it's a good thing he moves away". Of course, he did a great job giving us promotion. But he has a problem of lack of Plan B. Precisely, he really has problem about breaking through a super defensive team. It happened a lot recently against Bristol City, Milwall, Plymouth, Blackburn especially. Always the same pattern: getting all the possession and attacking the whole game whithout any interesting chance and then conceding a counter-attack goal to finally lose. Just saying. Be careful of this manager.

He knows Palmer so I think he is a potential winner in the team, a loser could be Mudryk but you just can't know. He could get a new role and succeed.

Man we are losing identity. Now we will play a "death by thousand pass" / boring football. Being not native to the UK, Chelsea's direct football made me fall in love with this team. We dont have the star power of city to break the low blocks and i have never seen tiki taka bullshit win titles with just 11 players on the pitch (you have to buy the refs like barcelona did). Pretty skeptical on this recruitment

I came here after the news of chelsea ... To be coach at chelsea ,manager can destroy there carrer ,specially those manager who is just the start of there managerial carrier .... Enzo maresca who coached Lescister city ,part of Pep assistant might be sound crazy but every pep assistant manager cannot be like Arteta maresca is good but i dont think he is good for chelsea ... If chelsea really want to grow with young manager then they should try with the Sporting Manager Ruben Amiron or Sttrugat manager Sebastien Hoenes

Thank you for your comment. You've raised some valid points here. The clubs apparent view is to build with an upcoming manager to achieve longevity and reap the rewards of their progression so somewhat of what Arsenal have ended up doing with Arteta. Stuttgart's coach is somewhat of an unlikely option as he has come out and stated he would prefer to remain at the club. Amorim, I can understand.
