Fantastic explanation. Thank you SO VERY MUCH for explaining the concept in words - calm, patient words - as opposed to using only variables and algebra to explain everything. Vmax, Vo, Km, [E], [ES] K1, K2 and all of the other variables associated with this topic make things so much more complicated than it needs to be. I grasp the idea so much stronger from your word explanation. thank you!

Thank you so so much😁🙏🏻 i m a med student i been studying biochem this past few days and i just started enzymes topic I already was going at a very slow pace when i m studying biochem i was becoming frustrated at myself cus i couldn’t concentrate on my professors lectures videos so i was stuck in the enzyme chapter i was angry at myself since I couldn’t move on from that topic...even though i was listening to the lectures many times nothing was going inside my head . This video makes it so much easier and feels very good to hear your lecture . Now i have gain my concentration back again i hope i will move steadily from now on!

Very good explanation. My thesis advisor recommended I use this curve to study dissolved oxygen concentrations (eg substrate) in relation to aquatic invertebrate growth rates (eg rate of reaction). An unconventional use for this curve, but it seems to work. Thank you for the lesson. Just wanted to comment here so people would know it can have other uses besides enzyme kinetics.

greetings sir . we thanks you for your teaching. please I have a question to ask. please can u make a video on the differences between the Michaelis menten approach and the Brigg Haldane approach of enzyme kinetics. I can't really see a difference btw this two approaches
