If anyone is coming to your residence, expecting entry, then take the extra 15 minutes and arrive with a paper copy of the warrant that’s been signed by a judge. This insanity that it’s too time consuming or not cost effective…. That’s just lazy horseshit. They are intending to violate a person’s rights, so do it legally. *I’d never accept a digital copy of a warrant on some tablet. It’s too easy to cut and paste and create a fraudulent document. A real warrant specifies the areas to be searched (house, garage, property, and can even include cars on the property). But a lazy incompetent cop could forget to request access to my shed or car. So he cuts and pastes the warrant to include the shed or car. When cops arrive at your door to speak to you. The fact that they’d waste taxpayers money by showing up without an arrest or search warrant is disgusting! Do the damn job properly and show up prepared.

When the police apply for a warrant they have to lay the information to the court for the offence/a they require it for. If authorised the police get three copies. 1 for them, 1 for the court and 1 for the occupier. It’s valid for no more than 3 months. When it is executed all three copies have to be f completed as all 3 have sections to write in. Once executed and completed the occupiers copy gets left at the property for the occupier. 1 is retained by the police for their file and the court copy has to be returned to the court and all the have the wet ink signature 💯💥💥💥

No, a judge does not have to physically sign a warrant to approve it, and that hasn't been true for several decades now. Yes, utility providers do own the utilities they provide to you even if they didn't produce pr source them in the same way that a supermarket owns its stock but didn't produce or source it. There's plenty of good legal arguments against how bailiffs act, and plenty of good legal reasons how and why warrants can be denied, but to be honest you look like a bit of a pillock when you've learned these two incorrect talking points from someone equally wrong and then go flaunt them around like you're suddenly a barrister. Keep up the good fight, but please, I beg you, please seek someone with actual legal training (not a cop, they're barely trained in the law) to give you some actual legitimate arguments and case law you can use.

Not knowing the full details, I presume this action is because the householder hasn't paid their bills. Why are we up in arms to defend someone that has in effect stolen goods? If you’re watching this video because you can’t afford to pay for your gas or electricity, please speak to your supplier to sort out a solution, don’t follow this guy or those like him. The insistence on a wet ink signature has no basis in law, it’s just incorrect. You pay for the supply of energy, it’s not free. If you go down the route this guy is going you’ll end up deeper in debt and it could end up with a warrant for people to legally enter your house without your consent. Note how you only see this side of the process, not the court side or indeed any evidence of success at the end of the process. This video and all those like it are nonsense.

You say in the video you had evidence of the Sgt saying a warrant needs to be wet ink. Was this in another video? I've heard so much talk about warrants needing wet ink or not but never a senior law enforcement official agreeing this is the case. It would be powerful and affirming to see this. Were EON successful in executing the warrant (legality aside)? As the reality of the rule of law, right or wrong, is that whoever has the monopoly on force can do whatever they like. Unless people have confidence in their legal empowerment to come together and support each other , which seeing the Sgt confirm a warrant isn't valid without wet ink would empower, they'll go along with whatever the bully enforcer tells them as they lack both the physical force to prevent it and the resources for subsequent legal recourse. 🙏
